How long has the company been in business?
Is the company fully insured, specifically carrying errors and omissions insurance?
How many inspections have they conducted in the past?
How long will the inspection take?
Are they members of any professional organizations like ASHI or CREIA?
How experienced is the inspector that will be inspecting your property?
